Basic House (Low-Cost Houses)

These models are the typical low cost houses that made the package prices of Silliman Heights very affordable.  The roofing is made up of wooden trusses and ordinary G.I. Roofing Sheets.  The flooring is plain red cement and the windows use ordinary jalousies.  Standard  designed toilet & bath.  These houses are expandable and upgradeable at a cost and depending on the works that the client will specify prior to actual construction.
